What we collect
Quote, contact and testimonial forms send the fields you type (name, email, company, cargo details, comments) plus a timestamp. Tracking lookups send only the consignment number you enter. We do not ask for payment card data on this site.
Why we use it
To answer a quote, update a live file, or review a testimonial you asked us to publish. Emails go to [email protected] for commercial messages and [email protected] for tracking files.
Where it is stored
Form copies may be stored as JSON on the server and sent by email. Shipment files used for public tracking are maintained by the operations desk. Admin login is limited to staff.
How long
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up season. You can ask us to delete a quote or testimonial submission by writing to [email protected].
Cookies
A session cookie is used for form security (CSRF) and for the tracking admin sign-in. We do not run advertising pixels on these pages.
