For grapes, blueberries and cherries we hold seasonal space on the main Chile–Perú–Ecuador programmes. Peak weeks fill early — book 3–6 weeks out for ocean reefer and 7–14 days for air when possible.
Yes. Air perishables move in Envirotainer, CSafe and airline ULDs when the lane requires a controlled hold. We confirm equipment before the booking is released.
Export phytosanitary certificates, SAG / AGROCALIDAD / SENASA paperwork, cold-treatment records and destination import notices. We align the file with the surveyor and the line before gate-in.
Typical ocean reefer: 16–22 days to the US East Coast, 28–36 days to North Europe, 28–40 days to China depending on the string. Air perishables (fruit, fish, meat) are usually 24–72 hours airport to airport.
United States, China, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Canada, México, UAE, Italy, France, Belgium, Brazil, India, Singapore and Taiwan — plus other destinations on request.
Insurance is quoted separately and written for perishables — deterioration, delay and temperature deviation, not only total loss. Say if you need it on the quote form.
Yes. We prepare VGM, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / AWB instructions and coordinate the export declaration with your broker or ours.
